3. Do you have organic produce available?

All of our organic produce are certified by the Organic Food Chain (OFC).

Produce À la carte source all produce direct from the wholesale market in Melbourne, as well as from growers based in regional Victoria & interstate. No matter what you require, whether it’s fruit & vegetables, herbs & eggs, we can source organic options if required.

4. How do I sign up a new account?

Creating a new account is quick and easy, so you can start ordering fresh produce in no time. There are a few options available for creating a new account, so it depends on which method you prefer:

There are a few options available for updating your details, so you can usually use the method used to register:

  2. Via the my account details in the Produce A La Carte Smart Phone app
6. How can I create a new order?

The quickest way to create and manage your orders is with our ordering app. We are the only produce wholesaler Melbourne-wide to offer a dedicated app, which means you can access your account from wherever you are.

DELIVER

7. What are the lead times for deliveries?

When you submit an order we aim to deliver as soon as possible – of course that is, unless you have chosen a specific day for delivery via the app. We are committed to providing a reliable service and our dedicated fleet of delivery vans will go above and beyond to get you what you need when you need it.

For special delivery services, it is usually best to call us directly and speak to a member of our team – CALL 1300 776 382.

8. Can I track my order?

Currently, we do not offer tracking facilities on our delivery drivers.
